Summary of Role
To act as a Personal (Virtual) Assistant/ Project Assistant and provide professional support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Overall- to help CEO acheive strategic business goals by assisting in the management of time, organisation of key taks and projects and supporting key business processes.
Duties will include:
- Supporting achievement of tasks by managing time with priorities
- Project coordination
- Managing a busy diary- including organising meetings, travel and preparing briefing information to assist in the meeting e.g. information on participants and topic
- Managing communications process- including emails, requests for meetings, invitations etc. preparing responses, filtering requests
- Preparing presentations
Experience and skills required:
- Commercial, private sector background
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Professional- business focus
- High level organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- High level IT Literacy- able to produce well presented documents and presentations and spreadsheets
- Discretion, maintain strict confidentiality
- Project management
- Attention to detail
- Good initiative
