Having you own website offers many benefits. The process of setting up your own site is a good way to add something extra to your resume. Secondly you have another tool to show potential clients all that you can offer (a lot more interesting that reading a resume!). Below are the costs associated with creating a website through Virtual Assistant Australia, we think you will find the costs very competitive. Remember this include your domain name renewal fee, website hosting and email hosting!

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing a Website:
- You must be active member with Virtual Assistant Australia to have a website.
- Your choice of domain name is subject to availability. If your first choice is not available the second or third option will be used.
- The monthly fee $4.95 included your biennial (every two years) renewal fee for you domain name.
- You will be the owner of your chosen domain name. Virtual Assistant Australia will be the domain name administrator.
- The website remains your property, however whilst your website is listed on the Virtual Assistant Australia (VAA) website and hosted by VAA you are not able to make any design changes to the website without the consent of Virtual Assistant Australia. As such you will only be given Author access to your website enabling you to update or add content to your site.
- Should you wish to make design changes to your website please send an email to support@virtualassistantaustralia.net.au . Changes to the design will be quoted and work will be done by 123 Small Business Web Design. Virtual Assistant Australia reserves the right to decline any design changes whilst the website address is listed on the Virtual Assistant Australia website and hosted by Virtual Assistant Australia.
- You will be provided with one email address and mail account hosted through Google Gmail. The email address will be info@yourdomain.com.au. (yourdomain.com.au being your chosen domain). If you wish to access your mail through another email client it is your responsibility and no support is provided.
- Your website will be listed on the Virtual Assistant Website on the VA websites page. Websites will be listed by State and Suburb.
- If payment is unsuccessful after 7 days your account (website and email) will be disabled until payment is received.
- Prices may be subject to change.
- If your website or Gmail account is not working please send an email to support@virtualassistantaustralia.net.au
- No technical phone support is provided, if you have a technical issue with your website (e.g. your website not working) or Gmail email not working you will need to send an email to support@virtualassistantaustralia.net.au.
- Virtual Assistant Australia will not provide training how to add content, edit content or make any other changes to the website, instead you can access training and instructions on how to use the website through http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Lessons. You can also try Googling your question through YouTube to find video tutorials.
- Please note design changes are limited. You can view the list of changes that can be made to the design (soon to be posted).
